Rental Terms & Conditions

  • DRIVER'S AGE: The minimum age for drivers is 21 years.
  • DRIVING LICENSE: Drivers must hold a valid license for at least 12 months. For licenses not in Latin script, an international license is required.
  • TRAFFIC FINES AND ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTIONS: Any traffic tickets or administrative penalties incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter.
  • FUEL: The renter is responsible for fuel costs and must return the car with the same fuel level as rented.
  • RENTAL LENGTH: The minimum rental period is one day. Cars are equipped with built-in GPS navigation systems featuring CarPlay and Bluetooth and USB charging capabilities.
  • TAXES: All rates include 24% VAT.
  • DELIVERY & COLLECTION: Free delivery and collection are provided to hotels, ports, and airports.
  • ONE WAY RENTALS: One-way rentals are available provided arrangements are made at the start of the rental and confirmed on the rental agreement.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Reservations canceled at least 7 days prior to arrival incur no cancellation fee. Reservations canceled within 7 days of the arrival date are 100% non-refundable. Reservations canceled in the last week will be charged 1 rental day.

Insurance Policy:

All renters are covered against fire, theft, and liability to third parties for injury and property damage. FULL DAMAGE WAIVER (FDW): Full insurance coverage with no excess is available, covering all repair costs in the event of an accident, provided traffic rules are not violated.

Insurance Exclusions:

Damage to the interior, glass, and underneath of the car. Accidents caused by driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Unauthorized drivers. Failure to take necessary precautions for secure parking and locking. Illegal parking. Damage from driving on unsuitable roads. Exclusions also include damages to wheels, rims, tires, windscreen, back/side windows, and mirror glass.
